Actually 1member can spend min 3 lakhs or 10 lakhs i don't know exactly that permission gives the Indian government. but each MLA and MP spending morethan 5crores.
Do you know how he is earning the money. In every fund he or she may take 20% or 30%. in this way an MLA and MP can earn the money.

1) why you are paying the tax ?
2) Do you where all the Tax money goes ?
3) How much money they are spending for the people with that tax money ?
